MOSA Style Return Policy

If the goods is faulty, damaged or you're having trouble with the size, we may refund or exchange the goods if you return it within 30 days, provided the goods have not been used, worn or washed and is/are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging and tags. 


Please note, we do not offer exchanges through our online system and items sent back may be processed for a refund or exchange provided they have not been used, worn or washed and is/are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging and tags. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online. 


Online payment purchases that require a refund must be sent back MOSA STYLE following the online returns process:


1. Prepare Your Parcel for Return:

  • Review this MOSA Style returns policy to ensure you meet the conditions for refund / exchange.
  • Download, print and complete the form (go to end of page), then place it in the package.
  • Let us know you're returning the goods through our contact page.
  • Pack your item securely. 

2. Choose a Convenient Drop-Off Location:

  • Australia Post has over 20,000+ drop-off locations across the country.
  • Find a location that suits your schedule.

3. Return Your Parcel:

  • Visit the Australia Post website to register your return and print out a return label.
  • Pay any postage fee and we will refund the postage fee provided it meets MOSA STYLE return policy.
  • Attach the returns label to your parcel.
  • Drop it off at your chosen Australia Post location.


You will receive a confirmation email from MOSA STYLE once the returned goods are received. After we verify the returned goods meets our policy, we will commence the refund process and an email will be sent when complete. The refund for your online order will be processed back to the original method of payment. 


Reminder, we are not able to process returns / exchange for items in the below conditions: 

  • Used
  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Altered
  • No proof of purchase
  • Missing the original packaging and tags
  • Out of the 30 days return period
