If the goods is faulty, damaged or you're having trouble with the size, we may refund or exchange the goods if you return it within 30 days, provided the goods have not been used, worn or washed and is/are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging and tags.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges through our online system and items sent back may be processed for a refund or exchange provided they have not been used, worn or washed and is/are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging and tags. If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.
Online payment purchases that require a refund must be sent back MOSA STYLE following the online returns process:

You will receive a confirmation email from MOSA STYLE once the returned goods are received. After we verify the returned goods meets our policy, we will commence the refund process and an email will be sent when complete. The refund for your online order will be processed back to the original method of payment.
